AWARD LUNCHEON

You don’t want to miss the Annual Luncheon on Wednesday, December 9, 2009. The Luncheon will be held at the Venetian Resort Hotel, Room 701-702. There will be two awards presented at the luncheon: the ABHP Student Achievement Award and the ABHP-ASHP Joint Leadership Award.

The Student Achievement Award provides recognition to a pharmacy student who has an outstanding record of accomplishment and service to the profession of pharmacy and/or community. The highlight of this years Luncheon will the presentation of the first ABHP-ASHP Leadership Award. The ABHP-ASHP Leadership Award, established in 2009 between the ABHP and ASHP, recognizes individuals who have demonstrated exceptional leadership in efforts to reduce racial and ethnic disparities in health care.
