Director, Pharmacy - Holy Cross

In this role, you will organize and direct our comprehensive program within the Pharmacy Department at our 460-bed facility. This will include supervising Pharmacy Department personnel; establishing rapport with other departments as well as Medical Staff and Nursing Services; and evaluating and adopting new programs to enhance patient care.

You must possess a Pharm.D. or a Master's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience, current licensure from the Maryland State Board of Pharmacy or eligibility, and 3+ years of experience in hospital pharmacy practice, including at least 2 years as a Director or Assistant Director. ASHP membership is also required, along with effective interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrated capability in efficiently and effectively managing human, material, capital and financial resources also required.
