Job Description
For more than 30 years, Mercy Hospital Fairfield has served the residents of Butler County and northern Cincinnati suburbs. The hospital campus at Mack and Gilmore Roads includes The Heart Hospital at Mercy Fairfield and a Center for Health and Wellness. We offer an impressive array of services, from 24/7 ER care, robotic assisted surgery, rehabilitation, maternity, critical care, cardiology and oncology.
We are currently seeking a Pharmacy Director to be responsible for daily operations and strategic guidance including the development of an outpatient pharmacy. Additional duties involve providing leadership for Riverfront Pharmacy, located at Mercy Hospital Mt. Airy.
Job Requirements
. Graduate of an accredited school of Pharmacy
. Current Ohio licensure
. 8+ years of hospital pharmacy management experience
. Proven leadership skills in quality and process improvement
. Program implementation experience
. MBA preferred
. Experience in a multi-hospital system preferred
