We currently seek a Director of Pharmacy to join us at our Chicago, IL location.  In this role you will be  responsible for the operation of Pharmacy Services. 
Includes strategic planning,daily operations, and translating Hospital goals and strategies into the Department short and long term plans. 
Working with the clinical leadership for definition and implementation of clinical and distributive services, pharmaceutical education programs, financial and personnel management will also be involved.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduate of an Accredited College of Pharmacy.

• Licensure or eligible for licensure to practice pharmacy in Illinois and completion of an accredited residency.

• Minimum 5 years experience in a healthcare institution.

• Demonstrated success in managing financial operations, personnel, quality functions, and the professional aspects of hospital pharmacy practice.
